Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FILLER_Pristine Cleaning Services's cleaning services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

FILLER_FILLER_Pristine Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in FILLER_Oswego and Central New York. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Standard residential cleaning
• Deep sanitation services
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Commercial cleaning

Service Agreement

By booking a cleaning service, you enter into a service agreement with FILLER_Pristine Cleaning Services. This agreement includes:

• Service Scope: The specific cleaning services to be performed as outlined in your booking confirmation
• Pricing: The agreed-upon price for the services, which may vary based on property size and condition
• Scheduling: The date and time for service delivery
• Access: You agree to provide reasonable access to your property during scheduled service times

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, credit card, and other payment methods as specified
• A deposit may be required for first-time customers or large projects
• Returned checks will incur a FILLER_$35 fee
• Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a FILLER_$50 cancellation fee
• No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee
• We reserve the right to cancel services due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to your property
• Secure valuables, jewelry, and important documents before service
• Inform us of any special instructions or areas to avoid
• Remove pets from the service area or provide appropriate containment
• Report any issues or concerns within 24 hours of service completion

Limitation of Liability

FILLER_FILLER_Pristine Cleaning Services shall not be liable for:

• Damage to items not properly secured or removed by the customer
• Loss of jewelry, cash, or other valuables left in plain sight
• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or defective materials
• Incidental or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of FILLER_Pristine Cleaning Services and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FILLER_New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of FILLER_New York.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FILLER_Pristine Cleaning Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
